Construct 440 lineal feet of sidewalk on the south of bridge T-157-3-5, Shevlin-Hixon Lumber Company spur at Bend, Oregon. Sidewalk to extend from west end of bridge 440 lineal feet east. One half cost of sidewalk to be borne by Oregon-Washington Railroad & Navigtion Company Expenditure necessary to insure safety of trainmen during switching operation.
