Replace Flat Top Steel and Goldie Tie Plates with New, and Provide Additional Tie Plates for Space Ties and for Ties Not Now Plated. Place Additional Ties to Make Standard 20 to 33' Panels. Place Four Rail Anchors Per Panel of Track for A Total Distance of 6 Miles. Place Curve Numbers, Elevation Boards, and Center Pins on Curves. Place 40,000 Cubic Yards of Bankwidening and 30,000 Cubic Yards of Ballast Between Vaughn and Collins, Using Inferior Ballast for Passing Tracks. Build Standard Rail Blocks, Hand Car Rests, and Sign Mounds. Relay with75# Rail All Rail Lighter Than 75# in Passing Tracks at Power and Dutton. Replace #7 and #9 Leads and Tie Plate Curves in Passing Tracks with Secondhand Plates Between Gordon and Collins, A Distance of 25.71 Miles.
