Construct Standard 48 FeetEarth Filled Loading Platform in New Location, Removing Old Platform.
Purchase Additional Right of Way and Grade a Road 1600 Feet Long From Highway on Section Line, Statiuon 12236+89 Easterly to Loading Platform.
Place Pipe and Do Necessary Ditching to Handle Drainage.
Move Fence.
