Replace 2700 Broken Mekkeable Tie Plated with Secondhand Tie Plates 4 1/2" Rail Base As Follows 2200 in West Lead and 500 in East Lead to Classification Yard No.2. Replacing 3000 Broken Malleable Tie Plated with Secondhand Tie Plates 5" Reail Base As Follows: 1000 in West Lead, Yard "D" and 2000 in Roundhouse and Wye Switches.
