Construct New Yard Consisting of 8 Tracks, Each 4000 Feet Long, and 7 Tracks, Each 4100 Feet Long, with Switching Lead at East End, About 2200 Feet Long, and Crossover Between Switching Lead and Main Line; Also Procure Necessary Land for The Additional Tracks. Construct Double Ladder Track West End of New Yard, and Remove and Rearrange Tracks in Old Yard. Construct 4 Repair Tracks, 2 Push Car Tracks and Two Transfer Tracks. Rearrange Switches at East End of South Stub Storage Yard, Near Stockyards. Connect East End North Stub Storage Yard Into Main Track, Just West of Hazel Avenue O.H. Bridge. Construct Platform and Track North of Lumber Yard. Remove and Rebuild Overhead Bridge at Hazel Avenue, Substituting Four 70' Spans Over New Yard Tracks in Place of Present Single Track Spans. Construct a 24' X 48' Frame Yard Office and Provide Two Car Bodies for Accommodation of Switchmen. Install New Standpipe and Construct Pipeline From Water Tank to Serve Same.
