Biographical history

Edward (Ted) Pope was employed by the Milwaukee Road and Burlington Northern in the Pacific Northwest. He photographed railroad activities in the area in the 1970's.

Scope and content

The Ted Pope Collection consists of copies of Great Northern, Northern Pacific, Milwaukee Road and SP&S timetables from 1908 to 1964 and photographs of Pacific Northwest railroad activities taken by Mr. Pope while a Milwaukee Road and Burlington Northern employee in the early 1970's.
