CREDIT - Take up 13,854 lineal feet of 85 pound rail on the warehouse spur at Washtucna, Washington, and replace with 60 pound and 66 pound rail from the Glavin borrow pit, account contractors releasing rail in Glavin pit and the 85 pound rail is needed for emergency use on the main line.
