Spokane, Portland and Seattle Railway Authorization for Expenditure (AFE). President's AFE Number 1523. Take out the turnout and 110 lineal feet of track at the east end and 483 feet of track at west end of the Wall track and build a spur 688 feet long in the opposite direction and take up 30 feet of the west end of the concrete depot platform at Snake River, to furnish facilities for the Farmers Union elevator in order to compete with the O-WRR&N Company on grain shipments.
