Spokane, Portland and Seattle Railway Authorization for Expenditure (AFE). President's AFE Number 1641. Construct 26 foot span for logway in trestle No. A-98-0, to provide logway for Hammond Lumber Company as per contract dated September 30, 1916, which provides that Hammond Lumber will bear entire expense for construction and maintenance of said opening. The log span to be located between present bents No. 80 and 82, about 1000 feet east of Halco. Chief Engineer/Standard Maintenance Procedure AFE Number CE 1712. Correspondence File Number A364.
