Spokane, Portland and Seattle Railway Authorization for Expenditure (AFE). President's AFE Number 1695. Remove present spur and construct side track 1000 foot long connected at both ends, also a driveway to be built along outside of side track. Track to be located with the west headblock just east of county road crossing at Ellsworth, Wash. The east 350 foot of track to be divided on basis of standard side track agreement with Columbia River Packers Association and the SP&S to bear all other expense.
