Spokane, Portland and Seattle Railway Authorization for Expenditure (AFE). President's AFE Number 1437. Raise grade at bridge A-60-2, Beaver Creek, 2.7 feet, construct one 65 foot through plate girder span on piling piers, and extend present pile trestle one 14 foot span at west end. Grade to be raised for a total distance of 1915 lineal feet. Necessary to provide horizontal and vertical clearances for navigation, by order of U.S. Engineers.
