Spokane, Portland and Seattle Railway Authorization for Expenditure (AFE). President's AFE Number 1684. CREDIT - Transfer to United Railways ownership all electrification at Beatty now owned by SP&S, also all that portion of the east and west cross-overs lying off the Northern Pacific right of way. Work all done by SP&S under AFE 759 and it is now desire to have United Railways assume ownership of all tracks at this point lying off Northern Pacific right of way as well as all electrification both on and off Northern Pacific right of way.
