Great Northern Steam Locomotive 2507 at Interbay, Washington in 1947. After recovery from the Puget Sound beach, Number 2507 was stripped of wreckage that impeded towing and returned to the Interbay roundhouse. The locomotive was eventually restored to running condition. It is of class P-2 with wheel arrangement 4-8-2 and 73" diameter drivers to pull fast passenger and the record-holding Great Northern Silk Trains of the mid-twenties.
