The William McKown Collection includes photographs and drawings used by him to produce models of railroad equipment for W&R Enterprises. Equipment represented includes locomotives, freight cars, passenger cars and maintenance of way cars. Railroads represented include the Union Pacific Railroad Company, Southern Pacific Railroad Company, Great Northern Railway Company (U.S.), Northern Pacific Railroad Company, Burlington Northern Railroad Company, and other Railroads including Oregon Railroad and Navigation, Western Pacific, Denver and Rio Grande Western, New York Central, Reading Railroad, Chesapeake and Ohio, Pennsylvania Railroad, Canadian National Railroad, Soo Line, Frisco and Missouri Pacific.

The William Hoots Collection includes a Union Pacific lithograph, a copy of the June, 1905 "Technical World", "Union Pacific Country" by Robert G. Athearn, the booklet "The Royal Hudson Tour 1977", "Southern Pacific Locomotives" by Donald Duke, and 4 photographs of Baldwin locomotives.

The William Harrison Collection includes a large number of railroad books, photographs and maps with emphasis on the Northern Pacific and other Pacific Northwest railroads. The Waldo Thomas Collection includes materials on a wide range of railroad subjects, primarily created between 1950 and 2000, with some items as early as 1902. Documents include posters, post cards, tickets, engineering drawings, and maps. Materials produced by the Northern Pacific Railroad Company, Great Northern Railway Company (U.S.), Southern Pacific Railroad Company and other railroads are included.

The Thomas Dill Collection includes photographs, timetables, maps, and drawings from Thomas Neil's collection, mostly on Southern Pacific Railroad subjects.

The Thomas C. Cranage Collection includes rolled maps of Northern Pacific property owned in Seattle and Tacoma, Washington, 1 large route/schedule map, hand colored, for Washington state, a worldwide steamship map, a binder of timetables and booklets for the Northern Pacific and other railroads, and a box of documents from the Northern Pacific tax office.

The Steve Panzik Collection includes an extensive selection of Burlington Northern Railroad operating documents, chiefly from the Klamath Falls, Oregon area.
