            Northern Pacific diesel locomotive number 100 in the engine facility at Auburn, Washington, on May 05, 1970. This unit was the first diesel purchased by the NP in 1938 as a NW-1. It was rebuilt as a SW-900 (900 HP) by Electro Motive Division of General Motors Company in 1956. The unit survived as BN number 100 and was sold in 1984.
