Northern Pacific Railroad work train on March 16, 1971, with the Auburn wrecker, one locomotive and six cars, sits on a siding at McCarver Street at Tacoma, Washington in 1971. Four of the cars on the work train are passenger cars for the crew and supplies. The remaining cars are the Northern Pacific Industrial Brownhoist Wrecking Crane number 42 and related freight cars, a Northern Pacific drop end gondola and a Northern Pacific flat car.
