Northern Pacific Class W Mikado-type steam locomotive number 1621 and combination baggage-coach are turned on the wye track at South Bend, Washington, on March 19, 1954. Locomotive will take water at the tank, then switch combine and two cabooses, at right, onto the rear of waiting freight cars for the return trip to Centralia on the train's final run. Photo by J.M.
