        Spokane, Portland and Seattle Lounge-Sleeping Car "Mount Adams" at Portland, Oregon on August 10, 1949. This car was formerly Pullman lounge-sleeping car "Des Moines Club" and was assigned to the SP&S in November 1940. The car was later purchased from the Northern Pacific in 1949 and renamed that same year.
