The Anthracite Railroads Historical Society Collection includes photographs taken mostly on a trip from St. Paul to Butte, Montana, in 1953 on the Northern Pacific Railroad North Coast Limited and photographs from John Endler, Jr. of Pacific Great Eastern and BC Railway subjects. Also included are photographs from Neil Shankweiler of BC Railway subjects.

Accrual W2015-37: 5 VHS tapes on The Power of Milwaukee #261; The Best of 1985; Chicago Steam Celebration/ MILK #261; Union Pacific's 6900 Diesels; Riding the Rails, #4449, #261 Rebuild, Steamtown Grand Opening, The New Georgia Railroad. Accrual W2015-50: "Hillyard Drawings" of Great Northern Railway structures from the 1940's and 1950's. Accrual W2016-17: Great Northern, Nothern Pacific track profiles and plats in western Washington, Russell Company maps of Sedro-Woolley, Washington and Bellingham, Washington, and a Burlington Nothern system map. Accrual W2017-53: a topographical map of Butte, Montana from 1897. Accrual W2017-77: a Nothern Pacific demurrage from Prosser, Washington for 1941-1946, 3 maps of the Lester, Washington area, a book of electrical drawings for the Nothern Pacific's Lester, Washington headquarters. Accrual W2017-87: The Milwaukee Road Instruction Book for Class EP-2 Locomotives and a book "The Walschaert and Other Modern Radial Valve Gears for Locomotives", 1916, by W. W. Wood.

The Ann Olson Collection includes Northern Pacific Railroad uniform buttons, , 33 post cards mostly of Northern Pacific depots, and postcards of other railroad subjects.

The Ann Meyer Collection includes ephemera from the Milwaukee Road, Northern Pacific, and Great Northern, a Milwaukee Road timetable, 2 Great Northern, 1 Southern Pacific and 1 Canadian National photograph, and "The Story of the Wellington Avalanche".

The Andy Kern Collection includes paint chips for a Chicago, Burlington and Quincy Railroad depot, special Instructions for the protection of trains in inclement weather, a code of rules, and other booklets.

The Andrew Klamka Collection includes the 4 volumes of his work "Shipping Planes on Trains" and associated research documents, including Official Railway Equipment Registers, books on freight cars, and issues of "The Streamliner" published by the Union Pacific Historical Society.

The Allen Stanley Collection includes 10 digital of files of locomotive builder rosters of locomotives they produced.

The Allan Manson Collection is comprised of primarily of Union Pacific Railroad and Burlington Northern Railroad operations documents, employee magazines and financial documents dated between 1968 and 2013 as collected by a locomotive engineer. It also includes some operations documents from other railroads and operating equipment manuals.

The Alfred E. Michon Collection includes documents produced by the Great Northern Railway Company (U.S.), Burlington Northern Railroad Company, Spokane, Portland, and Seattle Railway and Northern Pacific Railroad Company and other railroads between 1966 and 1996. Also included in the collection are a wide variety of railroad ephemera from a variety of railroads and 25 photographs on the shipping of coal from the Powder River Basin in Wyoming.

The Alex Bergstrom Collection is comprised of a Great Northern Railway first aid kit.
