The Burlington Route Historical Society Collection includes Great Northern drawings 111-2519-1 for a hopper car, for Snow Shed #2: 229-5660-1-5 and photographs of various Great Northern Railway and Northern Pacific Railroad subjects.
The C. F. Wolfe Collection consists of materials dated between 1926 and 1980 and includes 33 maps and track profiles of the Great Northern Railway Company (U.S.) and the Burlington Northern Railroad Company, and various mechanical drawings and specifications for railroad tracks for the Great Northern Railway Company (U.S.), Burlington Northern Railroad Company and Northern Pacific Railroad Company.
The Cashmere Museum Collection holds track profiles for the Burlington Northern: in the Montana Division: Williston to Havre and Havre to Conkelley; in the Spokane Division Conkelley to Latah Junction (2 copies), and Pasco to Wishram.
The Charles Intlekofer Collection is comprised of some 5,000 photographs taken between 1953 and 1980 of Great Northern subjects. It also includes 3 boxes of Great Northern business files, documents and newsletters, with extensive documentation of Great Northern Authorizations for Expenditure 22053, 34418, 6416 and 11246.
