Burlington Northern diesel locomotive 182 at Tacoma, Washington, on July 20, 1971. This photo shows train number 137, Vancouver, BC to Los Angeles time freight, at Head of the Bay Yard in Tacoma. The train operated south from Wishram, Washington over the Oregon Trunk "Inside Gateway" line and was handed over to the Western Pacific at Bieber, California.
