The Delbert Jacobson Collection holds primarily engineering drawings. Subjects include Seattle's King Street Station and other Pacific Northwest facilities of both the Northern Pacific Railroad Company and the Great Northern Railway Company (U.S.). Materials cover much of the twentieth century.
The David Sprau Collection encompasses 32 boxes of documents covering most Pacific Northwest railroads and includes operations documents, businees correspondence, engineering drawings, photographs and maps. It includes materials received from Herb Schneider, John Phillips III and David Empfield.
The David Letcher Collection consists of a photograph labeled "In the Heart of the Cascades" of the Northern Pacific right of way circa 1915, and compact discs entitled "Stack Muzik" of moving pictures of railroad equipment in the Bend, Oregon area in 1977 and 1978 principally of the Burlington Northern but including some other railroads.
The Dan Steinhoff Collection consists of a copy of the retirement program for A.W. Ackley, Chief Dispatcher of the Tacoma Division, Northern Pacific Railroad Company, and a newspaper article on James M. Fredrickson, dispatcher for the Northern Pacific Railroad Company.
The Dan Perkins Collection integrates some 15,000 photographic slides taken by Daniel Perkins between 1966 and 1973 of Pacific Northwest railroad subjects, chiefly equipment. Railroads covered include the Great Northern, Northern Pacific, Spokane, Portland and Seattle, Southern Pacific, Milwaukee Road, Union Pacific, and Pacific Coast.
The Dale Madison collection includes employee timetables and special instructions issued between 1956 and 1973 by the Union Pacific, SP&S, Northern Pacific, Bulington Northern and other railroads, a Nothern Pacific brakeman had and a Burlington Nothern bump hat.
