The Martin J. Lins Collection includes photographs of her uncle, Martin J. Lins, Chief Special Agent of the Great Northern, menus from President Franklin Roosevelt's trip to Glacier Park, Montana on August 3-7, 1934, and Martin Lin's Certificate of Annuity on his retirement.
The Mark Gelhaus Collection includes documents, timetables, operating instructions, equipment manuals, maps, equipment registers, photographs and sound recordings produced between 1885 and 1994. Railroad represented include the Northern Pacific, Burlington Northern, Union Pacific, Southern Pacific, Milwaukee Road, Great Northern and other railroads. Many of these materials were accumulated by Michael D. Gelhaus and Al Bennett.
The Mac McColloch collection includes 1 spiral-bound photo album of locations on the Norhtern Pacific Railroad Company's Palouse & Lewiston and Central Washington branches operated by Watco, dated March 9-10, 2004; 1 spiral-bound photo album of Palouse WA; the Northern Pacific's Washington, Idaho, Montana line; and the abandoned Genesee branch; and 22 books on railroad operations, operation of railroad equipment and safety related materials.
The Lowell Messman Collection includes documents, booklets and pamphlets, and artifacts, chiefly from the Great Northern and Burlington Northern, dating between 1946 and 1994.
The Loren Halseth Collection includes a painting of the the Tacoma, Washington Union Station on wood by Jess Cauthorn, timetables for the Burlington Northern, Great Northern, Northern Pacific, Pacific Coast and SP&S from the 1960's and 1970's, other operating and equipment documents and various small artifacts.
The Lee Bailey Collection consists of 2 large binders of correspondence between Pacific Northwest railroad companies and Pacific Northwest railroad companies and customers on two broad subjects: shipping poultry feed (1904-1922) and shipping flour and grain (1915-1921).
The Laurie Briggs and Family Collection includes Burlington Northern Railroad calendars, timetables and maps with a few Northern Pacific Railroad items, and a 1962 Great Northern Railway World's Fair poster.
