Kelly Collection includes a Northern Pacific Railroad Company Annual Report from 1881, 15 Northern Pacific track profiles from Montana, a Great Northern Railway Company (U.S.) book of Authorization for Expenditure from 1916-1956 for locations in Washington state, 5 books on James J. Hill, a copy of the 1948 Railway Engineering & Maintenance Cyclopedia - Track, Bridges, Water Service, Buildings, Signals. It also includes the books: "Railroads of Hawaii", "Puget Sound Electric Railway", "Empire Dreams", "The Early History of Transportation in Oregon", and "Great Northern Railway - Postwar Passenger Trains"; and 22 Inland Empire Historical Society calendars from 1976 to 2002. The Robert Lowry Collection is comprised of 43 photos of a variety of railroad subjects, postcards, 2 Northern Pacific car diagrams, timetables for the Burlington Northern and Chicago, Burlington and Quincy railroads, and the book Spokane, Portland & Seattle Color Guide to Freight and Passenger Equipment by Ed Austin.

The Robert Soderberg Collection consists of Great Northern Railway Cascade Division seniority rosters and miscellaneous bulletins issued between 1950 and 1971.

The Ronald Hammond Collection consolidates an 1899 stock certificate and a 1878 timetable for the Chicago, Burlington and Quincy Railroad, a 1970 stock certificate for the Great Northern Railway, and a rulebook for the Rock Island dated 05/01/1955 together with standard questions on the rules.

The Russ Segner Collection is comprised of photographs, maps and documents relating to Pacific Northwest railroading and model railroading.

The Russell Johnson collection includes 38 equipment manuals, textbooks and rule books, 12 magazines and newspapers, 18 time tables, track maps, employment documents and miscellaneous small artifacts and printed ephemera related to the Northern Pacific Railroad Company, Great Northern Railway Company (U.S.), and Burlington Northern Railroad Company in addition to operating manuals for locomotives and other railroad equipment. The second accrual was 2 boxes of engineering drawing and miscellaneous documents from the Northern Pacific Railroad Company's Bellingham, Washington depot.

The Scott Tanner Collection includes Great Northern and Northern Pacific documents from the early to mid-1900's , drawings and documents relating to the King Street Station in Seattle, Washington, a scrapbook with items from Holloway, Minnesota and an engineering drawing of the trestle at Lowell, Washington.
