The Dan Perkins Collection integrates some 15,000 photographic slides taken by Daniel Perkins between 1966 and 1973 of Pacific Northwest railroad subjects, chiefly equipment. The Great Northern Railway Historical Society Collection consists of 16mm films and documents: Pacific Coast Railroad annual reports for 1951-1969 and Oregon California and Eastern Railroad annual reports for 1948-1969, Pacific Coast Railroad Interstate Commerce Commission annual reports for 1945-1967, Great Northern Railway - British Columbia annual reports, Great Northern Railway ledgers of California Statistics circa 1966-1969, Great Northern Railway Canadian Activity reports for various years, binders of Great Northern Railway records between 1910 and 1989.

The Jim Rogers Collection joins a Pullman creamer and sugar bowl and from the Pennsylvania Railroad and a first aid kit from the Pacific Coast Railroad.

The Loren Halseth Collection includes a painting of the the Tacoma, Washington Union Station on wood by Jess Cauthorn, timetables for the Burlington Northern, Great Northern, Northern Pacific, Pacific Coast and SP&S from the 1960's and 1970's, other operating and equipment documents and various small artifacts.

The Maple Valley Historical Society Deposit includes of 85 digital photographs of Pacific Coast Railroad equipment and locations taken by Tom Kroutz between 1949 and 1952 and provided to Pacific Northwest Railroad Archive on a computer disc. A separate deposit was made of 82 digital photographs of Pacific Coast Railroad and other railroad subjects taken between 1909 and 1991 in and around Maple Valley by various photographers.
