The William McKown Collection includes photographs and drawings used by him to produce models of railroad equipment for W&R Enterprises. Equipment represented includes locomotives, freight cars, passenger cars and maintenance of way cars. Railroads represented include the Union Pacific Railroad Company, Southern Pacific Railroad Company, Great Northern Railway Company (U.S.), Northern Pacific Railroad Company, Burlington Northern Railroad Company, and other Railroads including Oregon Railroad and Navigation, Western Pacific, Denver and Rio Grande Western, New York Central, Reading Railroad, Chesapeake and Ohio, Pennsylvania Railroad, Canadian National Railroad, Soo Line, Frisco and Missouri Pacific.

The William M. Woody Collection comprises 7 digital photographs, principally of William M. Woody in or adjacent to steam locomotives he operated as a fireman and engineer for the Oregon-Washington Railroad and Navigation Company between 1942 and 1959.

The William Hoots Collection includes a Union Pacific lithograph, a copy of the June, 1905 "Technical World", "Union Pacific Country" by Robert G. Athearn, the booklet "The Royal Hudson Tour 1977", "Southern Pacific Locomotives" by Donald Duke, and 4 photographs of Baldwin locomotives.

The Thomas C. Cranage Collection includes rolled maps of Northern Pacific property owned in Seattle and Tacoma, Washington, 1 large route/schedule map, hand colored, for Washington state, a worldwide steamship map, a binder of timetables and booklets for the Northern Pacific and other railroads, and a box of documents from the Northern Pacific tax office.

The Stuart Johnson Collection includes magazines, Seaboard System timetables, a Baltimore and Ohio Railroad list of stations and names and a Union Pacific Railroad 150 year commemorative plate.

The Stuart Holmquist collection includes photographs of Northern Pacific buildings, locomotives and other subjects, a Northern Pacific Black Hills timetable from 1879, copies of the Burlington Northern "Burlington Bulletin" employee magazine, various Great Northern, Burlington Northern and Burlington Northern Santa Fe materials, copies of the Union Pacific Historical Society "Streamliner" magazine, a book of SP&S track plans, a book covering the Union Terminal Company in Dallas, Texas. Various books on railroad topics and annual reports for Great Northern Railway for1890-1920 and1944

The Skykomish Historical Society Collection consists of the Northern Pacific's booklet "Through Wonderland" on Yellowstone National Park, a collection of photographs accumulated by Chuck Strawn, Great Northern Railway locomotive erection drawings gathered by Mike Bartenstein.

The Ronald Jorgensen Collection includes railroad documents, including employee timetables for the Burlington Northern and other railroads.

The Robert Lowry Collection is comprised of 43 photos of a variety of railroad subjects, postcards, 2 Northern Pacific car diagrams, timetables for the Burlington Northern and Chicago, Burlington and Quincy railroads, and the book Spokane, Portland & Seattle Color Guide to Freight and Passenger Equipment by Ed Austin.

The Robert Hutchison Collection is comprised of railroad and model railroad magazine issues, Union Pacific calendars, posters and a map, and two recordings on 33 1/3 rpm vinyl of railroad sounds.
