The Steve Panzik Collection includes an extensive selection of Burlington Northern Railroad operating documents, chiefly from the Klamath Falls, Oregon area. The second accrual added Southern Pacific Railroad items, additional Burlington Northern Railroad items and some documents from small regional railroads.
The Spokane, Portland, and Seattle Railway Authority for Expenditure (AFE) Collection consists of 10,058 paper files. The contents document construction and modifications to the railroad and nearby structures, and include business and finance records, engineering drawings, maps, and correspondence. Records range from 1908 to 1968 and include some from the Oregon Trunk Railroad.

The Russell Johnson collection includes 38 equipment manuals, textbooks and rule books, 12 magazines and newspapers, 18 time tables, track maps, employment documents and miscellaneous small artifacts and printed ephemera related to the Northern Pacific Railroad Company, Great Northern Railway Company (U.S.), and Burlington Northern Railroad Company in addition to operating manuals for locomotives and other railroad equipment. The second accrual was 2 boxes of engineering drawing and miscellaneous documents from the Northern Pacific Railroad Company's Bellingham, Washington depot.
The Ronald Hammond Collection consolidates an 1899 stock certificate and a 1878 timetable for the Chicago, Burlington and Quincy Railroad, a 1970 stock certificate for the Great Northern Railway, and a rulebook for the Rock Island dated 05/01/1955 together with standard questions on the rules.
The Roger Ferris Collection includes photographs, articles and clippings, railroad books, model railroad and railroad magazines, booklets, and timetables.
