The Ann Meyer Collection includes ephemera from the Milwaukee Road, Northern Pacific, and Great Northern, a Milwaukee Road timetable, 2 Great Northern, 1 Southern Pacific and 1 Canadian National photograph, and "The Story of the Wellington Avalanche".
The Andy Kern Collection includes paint chips for a Chicago, Burlington and Quincy Railroad depot, special Instructions for the protection of trains in inclement weather, a code of rules, and other booklets.
The Andrew Klamka Collection includes the four volumes of his work "Shipping Planes on Trains" and associated research documents, including Official Railway Equipment Registers, books on freight cars, issues of "The Streamliner" published by the Union Pacific Historical Society and digital copies of the Great Northern employee magazine "Semaphore".
The Allan Manson Collection is comprised of primarily of Union Pacific Railroad and Burlington Northern Railroad operations documents, employee magazines and financial documents dated between 1968 and 2013 as collected by a locomotive engineer. It also includes some operations documents from other railroads and operating equipment manuals.
The Alfred E. Michon Collection includes documents produced by the Great Northern Railway Company (U.S.), Burlington Northern Railroad Company, Spokane, Portland, and Seattle Railway and Northern Pacific Railroad Company and other railroads between 1966 and 1996. Also included in the collection are a wide variety of railroad ephemera from a variety of railroads and 25 photographs on the shipping of coal from the Powder River Basin in Wyoming.
The Alfred Bestor Family Collection is comprised of a Great Northern holiday greeting card featuring the Winold Reiss "Snow Bird" print, in original postmarked mailing envelope.
