          Spokane, Portland and Seattle Railway Authorization for Expenditure (AFE). President's AFE Number 1586. CREDIT - Take out 48 lineal feet of pipe at each end of culvert number 105-80 and backfill the four sections left in under the track. This culvert is located 0.3 miles west of Fallbridge and consists of two lines of 42 inch cast iron pipe each 72 feet long. Culvert is under the main line track of SP&S and also under an Oregon Trunk track, and was constructed by Oregon Trunk. Culvert is of no use at this point and pipe can be used elsewhere.
