Spokane, Portland and Seattle Railway Authorization for Expenditure (AFE). President's AFE Number 1631. CREDIT - Take out Culvert No. 105-80 on SP&S located 0.3 mile west of Fallbridge. The culvert consists of two lines of 42 inch cast iron pipe each 72 feet long. It is under the main line track of the SP&S and also under the Oregon Trunk track and was constructed by Oregon Trunk Railway. Culvert is of no use at this point and pipe can be used elsewhere.
